Really find myself struggling to find the effort to make the moves on girls, ever since I came home to my home town, I find myself seriously lacking in confidence that I had in Australia, this was fine till New Years eve when I saw a girl that was just my type but couldnt pick up the courage to talk to her, I really think the bar/club scene in ireland isnt to my suiting :(

Really feel I need a kick up the ass so someone out there must have a good confidence booster to throw my way:o

It was definitly easier to just talk to random people, my home town is epically clicky. Basically what I find is my biggest problem is that I dont really act the same here cause I think Ill get judged by people, which tbh porbably wouldnt happen I just cant get over the hump and pick up the motivation to talk to others besides my friends on a night out, something that really isnt me

hmm i think you need to stop judging the people in your home town - you think they will probably judge you but that's in your own head and your perception of them. just force yourself to make the next move the next time your out and see what happens

When I think of it, I possibly judge people as much as everyone else :o, saying that I will talk to anyone whos willing to have a conversation, I think the fact I know these people all my life and see them all the time is what different to talking to strangers, next time I see a girl I like Im going to follow your info and just force myself to at least get turned down by her

everyone might not agree but i feel you only live once and you need to have no regrets. I agree its harder when you know the people and they are neighbours etc but at the end of the day none of it will matter in years to come
