    Hi,

    Just wondering if someone could shed some light on a summons matter.
    I was recently raided by the Gardai Siochana, and all they left with was a bong and a digital scales, sense then i have received a summons in which its says i'm being charge with cannabis herb, i'v sense rang the garda and he told me that it was normal pressure for having parafernalia and not to worry coz i'll only be charged €100. I'm having trouble believing this and would appreciate any info on it.
