Ryanair increased prices from 2012?

    Hi

We were looking at booking our holiday for this year and are seeing a big increase in prices on Ryanair compared with last year. The same destination is about 30% more expensive even though we booked at the same time. Have others noticed this? This looks like it will put a lot of places out of our reach price-wise.

    Thanks,
    D.

We often book 2 flights one to stansted and then on the the destination airport it works out cheaper than flying direct from dublin

You could check to see if they fly from more than one UK airport as well that way you can sometimes fly back cheaper.

I noticed the same thing myself yesterday when I browsed at several sun destinations. Hopefully they will go down in price soon, but it was a lot cheaper this time last year.

Looked at flights earlier this year to Faro up 25% from last year. Aer Lingus where cheaper at the time from Shannon.

Making a connection when traveling with luggage and kids on Ryanair is very risky. We haven't tried it but know lots of people who got burned when one of the legs got changed.
