A friend is having a problem with their Vodafone smart android phone. I don't know android phones but I think it's just one of the phones settings turned on by mistake.

There is a see through panel that takes up more than half the screen. You can't touch anything underneath it. It has four buttons in each corner, a back button in the top left, home top right, search bottom right and menu bottom bottom left. The buttons do work but you have to hold them down for a second.

The panel is always there and on all other screens other than the home screen it squashes everything to the space above it and you can't use the rest of the screen. I've had a quick look through the apps but don't know what shouldn't be there.

I can't help unfortunately man but would be best to give the type of phone so someone more smarter might be able to.
