I am so frustrated with this whole susi thing right now, ongoing since last June and still nothing.
Lots of phone calls to SUSI to people who haven't a clue.
    Emails not answered
    etc

Perhaps members of the Joint Education committtee

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Write a letter of complaint to Jacinta Stewart, she's the CEO of CDVEC who are responsible for SUSI. If you are not satisfied you can write to Cllr Paddy Bourke who is chairman of the committee that oversees CDVEC and copy your letter to the other committee members. All contact details can be found on the cdvec.ie website. If you are still not satisfied contact Junior Minister Ciaran Canon who has direct responsibility for CDVEC. Don't bother emailing or ringing they'll just ignote you.

Half the people working in SUSI come from CDVEC, the other half come from FAS, they won't talk to each other let alone co-operate or share information. CDVEC's attitude is that its all the students fault for daring to apply for a grant that they may or may not be entitled and failing to send in all the paperwork. Cdvec never lose anything!
