PRSI on spouse's income

Quick question as I cannot find a clear answer on the Social Welfare website:

If a sole trader pays a salary to their spouse, what is the PRSI class for this?

By SW 102 this is not an insurable employment, and states that Class K or M should be applied, Class K in the case of Health Contribution - I thought this was done away with?

    Class M - PRSI 0%
    Class K - PRSI 4%

Has me a bit confused as to which one should be applied...
