coopers in the fermenter for months

    well lads, I have a coopers heritage in the fermenter in the garage, forgot about it, its been there for 3 months lol... but its still giving the odd bubble... would it still be good to bottle?

    I would say its fine, bottle away. There would have been a layer of CO2 on the surface of the beer the whole time so there shouldn't be any issues.

    I bottled a rauchbier that was in the primary for 9 weeks and it worked out great.

    Have a taste before you bottle. If it's still bubbling after 3 months I would double check there isn't a party going on in the fermenter.
