Using portable hard drive to record from satellite.

    Hi Folks,

    I have a new Samsung ES6800 TV that I have connected a Seagate 500GB portable drive to. The drive is working fine for terrestrial TV but I am unable to record Sky satellite TV programs, I just get the message 'Not Available'.

    Does anyone know if it is possible to use this drive to do this.

    Thanks for any help.

    P.S. If I get this sorted I have a keyboard query as well.
