Gym Fermoy/Mitchelstown area?

    Any recommendations?
    Ex-Trans4mation gym Fermoy user. Mainly weight training. Checked gym in Mitchelstown but it looked to be orientated more towards cardio.

    What about the one in the GAA club?

    I used to go to trans4mation also but had to go elsewhere due to it closing....balls really,fairly good gym imo.

    Is it a well equipt gym regarding weights. Are you left to your own devices once you join.
