Issue with Planning Dept. and bond

    Not wanting to hijack this thread but its a planning related query also.

    What if the local authority breaks their own conditions of planning? Our estate should of had a cash bond (NO exceptions.) The planners took a paper bond which is now useless. The LA are washing their hands of it and saying they have done nothing wrong and they are not liable.

    What has your solicitor suggested is your best course of action?
