    Required for tax renewal form.
    What/where is this? Not specified on NCT cert/pullout for windscreen.

    Not needed for private car tax....which, if you have an NCT disc as you mention, then that's what you are taxing

    I would still put the details on the form, not sure how the Guards ANPR system works but they might take the NCT information from the tax forms, so i always stick it on the tax form.

    Certificate of roadworthiness is only issued for commercial vehicles . It explains this fact on Tax renewal forms .
