Sorry for such a simple question.
Got a kids 36 inch guitar for daughter over Xmas. Included a stand, so happy days. However, I want to pick up a cover. I know nothing about these....
They seem to be classed as 3/4 as opposed to a size in inches. Are they the same? Thanks in advance.
Pretty confident 3/4 = 36 inches, but can someone confirm? :)

depends what you mean by cover, and what you want it to do.

if you want to protect the guitar from anything other than dust then you need at least a gig bag which is padded.

if all you want is a dust cover then go ahead, but any knocks or bangs wil go straight through it and cause damage.

as to size? take the guitar to the shop and get one that fits. there aren't really standard sizes like there are with violins etc.
