Sick of under powered laptops and now interested in buiding my own PC.

Budget can't really accommodate an sad and your going to have to source a cheap monitor of adverts or something, what kind of games are you going to be playing ?
Hardewarevesand do Germany layout keyboards so better to pick one up somewhere else.

Will play games on ultra settings 1980* but might need one or two options dropped down. Probably not though. Any where you can get a "legal" copy of windows from? Get a much better computer that way!

OP only has two options if he needs a well rounded build go with an APU
or go for a Celeron with a 7770 or 7750 better for gaming & gives him a bit of an upgrade path.
Either ways windows, monitor & a decent sized ssd dont really fit the budget.

I wonder if the OP would be interested in some used parts? I'm not sure if I'm allowed sell stuff over any thread but I have some parts that might suit the OP, keeping him ticked over til he can afford an upgrade.

I have a mobo, CPU, and 4GB RAM. I think I have a spare HDD too. I haven't posted it on adverts yet because I'm not at home at the moment; I will be by the weekend, and ill post an ad and pics. If you like I'll post my part specs on this thread (and a price if you like) an others can advise you on it.

Buying these parts could set you up really well to hit some targets on your build wishes (SSD, monitor, peripherals and decent GPU).

I'm away at the moment, so I didn't want to until I could post the ad up on adverts with pics etc

I only posted here because I think my parts are particularly pertinent to the OP regarding the budget consderations.
