Getting a PC built in the US.

My nephew lives in California and just emailed me about PC gaming(he wants to play games like Skyrim) on his 2 year old MacBook pro. He said he bought Windows 8 and wanted to know if that's all he needs. What he needs is for me to build him a gaming PC but, I'm on this side of the pond.

Is there anywhere(like New Egg) in the US that will assemble a PC like the 20 euro hardwareversands service ?

NCIX.com will do it for $50, IIRC. They also have a bunch of configurable prebuilt units.
