I had a parcel delivered and could not collect it. It was sent from local collecting office back to central office in Dublin.
Anyone know how long they hold them there for?
It's been about 3 or 4 months now!

Do you still have the docket they would have left? It gives exact times on that but I think maximum is 2 weeks.

    On their website they say:
How long do I have to collect it?

We keep it for five working days
    * 3 working days if it’s been sent by Registered Post
    * 16 working days if received from abroad

After that, we have to return it to the person who sent it, if there’s a legible address on the outside.
If we have to return anything, we’ll attach a sticker explaining why we couldn’t deliver.

As its been a few months, it's more than likely gone back. If there was no return address they might still have it (unlikely), though you'd probably be best contacting them to be sure.

You should probably contact the sender too - make sure they've had a return address there. If it was a business they probably did and probably refunded you by now.
