    Hey guys,

    What recipes do you use?

Havent done it in years and just tried one off the internet

    1/2 cup oatmeal
1 full egg and 3 egg whites
    teaspoon of cinnamon
    1/4 cup of blueberries

The blueberries made it edible but otherwise did not taste great.

    What do you guys do?

    Thanks in advance!

I use the simplest recipe ever.

2-3 whole eggs or 4 egg whites etc..
    1 Scoop protein powder.
    40g of oats.

Mix till you have a nice thick mixture.

Fry in the pan till it's done, flip and there you go.

Then top it with peanut butter and some jam and you have a delicious pancake or two depending on the size of your pan.

Can't remember where I read it, but I thought cooking whey protein essentially destroys any nutritional value it provides?

More a carb bomb than anything, but mine are as follows:

    3/4 cup oatmeal
    2 egg whites
Skimmed milk til consistent (cant remember measurement)

The above makes two decent sized pancakes. Fried in butter and eaten with a tiny bit of honey

I have tried using cottage cheese in my pancakes for a protein boost and I must say they were quite tasty, especially when topped by honey/peanut butter
