    Anybody know anything about this website not working?

    Emailed them a few times this week and got no responses and now website is not connecting....

    I hope everything is ok...

    Im having terrible trouble with runireland.com It wont accept my email address to enter races even though i havent changed it. I can loin to runireland.com just not enter the races.
    When i try to sign in as an existing member says doesnt recognise my email address on their data. If i try to enter as a new member says email is already being used so no joy there either, ive sent a message but after reading other messages on here that wont do any good and theres no contact phone number.
    How will i be able to enter races? anyone had this problem and got it sorted?

    You will have a separate active europe login. I'm sure you've entered races that way before, just do a password reset.

    Ive tried resetting password too didnt recognise my data email address etc as being in their system! Their website at active.com wont let me log in either doesnt seem to be working, only for organisers.
    I ended up entering a race in my husbands email address and that worked but got no confirmation email that im registered etc, they r quick enough to take my money though!!
    Pissed off with this to be honest runireland was so much easier, using it for years no bother.

    I am not 100% sure as I am just getting to grips with the system, but as far as I am aware the new system is set up so that any confirmation email is to be generated by the event organiser.

    I have recently added an event and this was one of the features. I literally had to draft and enable the confirmation email.

    They appear to be in a slow state of transition from RI to Activeglobal and its making life difficult for organisers and entrants. Their website just does not know what it wants to be...
