    Hi guys,
    I sent my faulty gfx card back to hvs via UPS.
    It was received before Christmas but I haven't heard anything from hvs about sending a new card.
    No emails or notices on my account on their website.
    Anyone have any experience with them replacing items?
    How long did it take? Gaming PC is turning into a clothes rack :-( .

    I was never updated on the RMA, replacement just arrived at my door. I think it took 1 week after they received it.

    done a few RMAs with them. unless I actively emailed them to ask, they wouldn't send on any tracking info or even say a replacement has been dispatched.

    most things in Germany seem to shut down til tomorrow, cause I've an order that dispatched a few days before Christmas and it's still in Germany!

    I'd give it another week starting tomorrow before I start asking questions. usually it was a week + 3 days postage.
