    Hi can anyone give me a simple recipe for curry. Cooking for 8 people and need something easy and tasty

    This is my favourite curry, it is very mild though so you would need extra chilli if you like it spicy! I love lamb but not everyone does so this also works fine worth chicken (thighs are good I think)

    this would be relatively quick and simple for 8

    Chop and fry 3 onions and 3 cloves of garlic until golden in large pan
    add 6 diced chicken breasts and half a jar of Pataks Tikka masala paste
    continue to cook for about 5 mins
    add tin chopped tomato, tin coconut milk and 400ml stock.
    Bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins
    add chopped coriander before serving.

    Best made ahead and reheated

    serve with rice, naan bread and lime pickle
