Casey Cablevision - television channels problem

    Has anyone had problems with their television package in the last week? I have gone from about 75 channels to 12. I have tried to get in touch by email and phone but no success.
    They are charging me about €100 for my package.

    no problem here....check to make sure that your payment went through at the end of november...

    Thanks for the response.

    We paid at the counter for two months in Nov and Dec.

    Poor product is one thing. Invisible customer service is frustrating. I would expect an ISP to be better than most at responding to email but no response in a week and no voicemail on their contact number.

    Not good enough.
