Barebones custom build in Dublin

    Hi there

    Meaning to upgrade my PC.
    I just want:
    - a new case
    - a proper PSU
    - motherboard
    - processor
    - someone to put it all together
as i'll then cannibalize my current setup for the HDD and RAM.

Is there anywhere in Dublin (or online) that will build a custom PC without the HDD or RAM? Anywhere I've seen will only build "full" pcs.
Sure, I could try to have a go at it myself, but don't mind paying a bit extra to know the job is well done!

    Cheers for any recommendations!

I cant for the life of me remember where its said, but one or two of the lads on this board build PC's, and one is based in Tallaght IIRC. Create a thread with the format from this post and one of the other forum members with a better memory than myself will help you out !

I would say hardwareversand.de would build a system without ram and hdd but I don't know for sure.
Are you sure you ram will be compatible with a new system. Is it DDR3?

    It is indeed DDR3.

Tried the germans, but their system won't let me order a custom pc with no HDD/RAM, unfortunately.

If I was in dublin I would put it together for you.
There are other people on this forum that are happy to put hardware together free of charge. I can't remember who though so lets hope they spot this thread :)
