Anyone out there have ideas or recipes for higher protein snacks and lunches? Preferably more whole food that powders and bars, ones that don't require you to have access to a full kitchen 24/7

Chicken, turkey, steak, eggs etc all full of protein. make food the night before and bring it as lunch. Only takes a few minutes to cook a chicken breast. Or Just cook in bulk and have food ready to go a couple of days in advance.
