    I have no idea what they think this will achieve or how it might be enforced. Can you imagine how they could possibly verify the identity of every commenter? No doubt it is some well meaning friends and colleagues of Shane McEntee alright but they'd be better placed to put some research and funding into mental health issues IMO.
