Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Need to locate a Synchronous Motor

    I'm looking to purchase (obtain a quote) for an Sync Motor which has quit working. The model number quoted on the component is 41TYZ-B.

    It is rated as AC 12V, 50/60Hz 1/2W 5r/min CW/CCW

    Not sure what the CW/CCW designation means.

    I've been unable to find a single 41TYZ-B for sale using Google and Ebay. There seems only to be bulk purchase sites which are of no use to me. Any ideas as to where I could locate one of these?

    Check farnell.com or radionics.ie search for geared motor.

    What you're looking for is very specific, you may need to improvise. Best of luck!
