AAI New Year Resolutions

    It's nearly the New Year and its time for those resolutions..
    What 2 (only 2 so they'll keep them!) resolutions should the AAI be taking?

    Athletics is a very simple sport in that the faster person is the better athlete. Always pick the faster person!!

    Isn't it obvious? You mentioned runners who won at the games, after they won. The teams have to be picked before the games. No point in mentioning who won after the event.

    No I didn't. the other poster said pick your fastest runners, I said not always the fastest win.
