anyway to download ps3 games on pc?

    Is there anyway to say download games you buy from the playstation store on say a pc and then transfer them onto your ps3 via a external hardrive or somthing?

    Im asking cause my home broadband is rather slow and i have a small bandwidth cap and those games are massive!

    No.
    All you can do on a PC is buy the games, you have to download them on the system then.

    There is a way, but it still requires you to connect the ps3 to the internet.
