One Parent Family Payment and temporary lay-off - Entitlements??

    I am currently recieving cut rate O.P.F. payment (as im over the income threshold to recieve full rate), however I am going on a temporary lay-off from Jan.

    What will I be entitled to?
    Im thinking, only full rate O.P.F. payment, however if there are any other entitlements that I am unaware I would love to know.

    I currently own my home (therefore mortgage not rent allowance or council rent), have one child and dont recieve FIS or any other extras.


    Help would be great please...Santa is def on a recession now!!

    You should get full rate OPF be sure and get a letter from your employer stating that you are on temp lay off and from what date. Are you in receipt of fuel allowance?
    I dont know if you will be eligible for mortgage interest supplement you should contact your community welfare officer about this.
