Gaming Build Ready - a few questions

I'll be ordering parts from hardwareversand.de but here is a link to show you what parts I plan to order: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sRpb

I do hope to overclock the CPU sometime in the future when I buy a CPU cooler. Is the motherboard ok for overclocking?

I had a friend recommend I get low-profile RAM as the standard profile gets in the way, especially with aftermarket CPU coolers. Is this true?

Is a 600W PSU fine for this build?

And finally, I want to install Windows 8 but I can't seem to find a system builder Windows 8 OS for sale, only upgrades. How does everyone else install Windows 8 on their builds?

Any advice on what you think of my parts is appreciated and it would be great if you could give me any answers at all to those questions. Thanks

There's cheaper motherboards than that like a 970 chipset. You'd have more money to spend on the CPU then, maybe bump it up to an 8320.

There's cheaper PSUs on hardwareversand (that are good quality too), for example, the 550W Superflower amazon. This would give plenty of room still.

Yes, that's true about low profile RAM. You could get RAM such as the low profile vengence or the GSkill Ripjaws is actually fairly low profile.

Are there any disadvantages in going with a 970 chipset instead of 990? Will 970 still be ok for overclocking? It's just that I was told not to go cheap on the motherboard so I went for a mid-high range board.

970 for single graphics cards 990 for crossfire or sli.
That's the only difference I know of.
