HWVS PC Monitor VGA DVI Issue

Hi all, apologies about the amount of acronyms in my title :)

I got a new PC and monitor from HWVS delivered today and have what I think is a strange issue. Initially I thought the computer was broken as it turned on but wouldnt connect to various different monitors I tried it with (the monitors all work fine with other pcs). However, I've managed to get it working using a dvi connection (the horizontal blue one at the bottom of the attached image). Does anyone know why the other monitor connectors (VGA and I think another DVI connector beside each other towards the top of the image) won't work and is this likely to indicate something is wrong inside the PC?

    Thanks for any help :)

Top ones are for integrated graphics, as you have a discrete graphics card the bios disables them automatically. You could use one for a secondary monitor but your primary should be on the more ppwerful gfx card.
