Reoccuring problem with Laptop!

As the title suggests, problem with my laptop that wont go away. Here it is, anytime I use youtube and happen to be on Facebook at the same time, the laptop freezes and it's like the sound goes to "slow mo". Everything else freezes but the sound keeps going in slow mo! Anyone have any idea what this might be? For reference…
