Nope never heard of them, just had a quick flick & had a look.. I think for that sort of money I would invest in a Race-safe.

I know Dainese make great motorbike back protectors.
They do fit differently to Equest ones though. They only cover the spinal area and not the ribcage or laterals. Worth getting if you are ok with that, although it might get pushed up your back a bit by the saddle (therefore not doing its job).

Dainese are a motorbike clothing brand, not designed for horse riding! They wouldn't flex as much as an equine one and would be too long in fit (hitting cantle) Plus, you get no collar bone protection or chest protection on a biker body protector....! They also cost the same/more than a horse one. Stick with the horsey brands! :D

In my view Champion produce the best body protectors - so comfya nd a lot of the top riders wear them. but have you seen that new site equestirandiscount.com? i'm pretty sure they're irish - bought a few things and their service is ace. they have a lot of safety stuff here - http://www.equestriandiscount.com/horse-riding-wear/safety-wear/?limit=all. haven't heard of dainese. are they any good?
