    Had about 20 of these in the ash out back the day of the fog. Not great pictures. I'm thinking maybe Fieldfare, hope someone can make an id.

    Fieldfares are like large thrushes or slimmer mistle thrush with slate grey mixed in. I think these are twite or yellowhammer

    Yeah, its a Siskin - note the small black cap, fine beak and black streaks on white lower breast. Like to hang upside down on peanut feeders :)

    By contrast, Fieldfares would be twice the size, have a largely grey head and unforked tail.
