Hi , I want to do some interval training and was wondering is there any running track I could pay a few euro and use for a few hours in Waterford. I know the track in the RSC is closed until Jan/Feb but can you do the same there or do you have to be member of WAC.

If you can't find a suitable track keep in mind that it is perfectly possible to do interval sessions on the road.

Waterford City Thomas not the back end of Kerry where cars never go ;)Though actually the walk/cycle track alongside the ORR would be perfect for intervals work :)
