Only watched a few minutes of this. From Irish constitution
The Courts of First Instance shall also include Courts of local and limited jurisdiction with a right of appeal as determined by law.

    Perhaps they meant constipation ...?

What was the fine for ...?

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

The district court is established by the Courts of Justice Act, 1924.

People and legal entities in this country don't need licences to receive money.

Publicans need licenses because it is illegal to sell alcohol without a license. It is also illegal to drink in public unless it is a public place with a license for people to drink in. We call these special licensed houses public houses or pubs.

Taxis require licenses because it is a regulated industry.

There is a huge amount of legislation dealing with the payment of fines. The courts do not need a license to receive fines. The payment of fines into court is statutorily legislated for by the oireachtas and also by secondary legislation.

Seems to me like a pretty crazy argument you're trying to make. It's not going to change your treatment by the state for non-payment of said fine. Consider yourself lucky if you don't get a warrant from the Gardai.

    You guys are funny.

Anyone watching this should make sure to see the end bit where you command the Courts to 'cease and desist' in writing.

Do you really think that the courts will do that?

    MOD NOTE:

Please read the charter before starting a thread here again. Specifically:

If your OP consists of nothing more than a two-line thought that just popped into your head, don't start a thread. Again, that will be treated as trolling - the thread will be deleted, and you'll be banned or infracted, depending on how egregious the example is.
Topics should not be verbatim quotes from some article without comment from the thread starter. Add a comment before or after the post, offering your opinion on the subject.
Posting a link to a video hosted elsewhere does not constitute discussion. Not everyone is able to watch videos, for technical or other reasons, and points raised on a video are almost impossible to refute. It's OK to link to a video, but it should be accompanied by a detailed summary of its contents and arguments, and you must be prepared to discuss it.

    Thread closed.
