The Opel combo 1.3 or 1.7 cdti is a good van. Obviously the combo 1.3 is a good van if you want to tax it privately due to the small engine. They are quite reliable. A relation of mine. Had a 2008 partner 1.6hdi 90 bhp van that he liked but I don't know what the standard 75bhp is. maybe if you said what your budget was what year you want this may help with the suggestions.

    The budget is around €2500/3000

If that is your budget then I think the combo would be a better van as the are normally cheap enough to buy. For 3k you would struggle big time to get a 1.6hdi partner or berlingo as they only came out in 2007 I'm not saying its impossible but at the same time you would get a nice clean well minded combo 1.7 possibly 1.3 for 3k euro. The older partners berlingos had a 1.9d engine or 2.0hdi and they were not as nice to drive as the 1.6hdi. If you are taxing it privately the 1.9 would be an issue too. Just mentioning it as I don't know if you are using it commercially or privately. I have a Astra with the 1.3 engine that's in the combo and I find it good and the 1.7 was a bullet proof Diesel engine. Hope this helps.

I went for an Opel Astra van as then you have the normal driving experience/handling of a car instead of the more upright driving position and dodgy handling of the taller berlingo type vans.
