Does anyone have any idea were a person can buy the sausages used at deli counters. I presume they come semi cooked to shops etc but I wonder are they available to the public to purchase frozen maybe?

From working in a deli, I know they come from catering companies. Perhaps contact a local one? That or any Cash and Carry.

Tesco have frozen "breakfast sausages" which looked similar, never got them myself.

Some people like to have fully brown sausages and hate the look of white stripes on fried ones. You can deep fry or bake sausages to get them all over brown, or use more oil in a frying pan.
