im in galway, the easy and cheap thing to do is forget about €50 and hour and join a gym.
i paid €150 for a year. 2weeks ago i went to the gym about 6 times in a forthnight. cycled about 15miles each time, bit of weights. lost a stone.

im well built, i go to the gym to lose a bit of weight, tone up and get fit.
my aim was'nt to lose weight, im 6ft 3'' and 15stone now but dont have much if anything else to lose. i like being healtly weight and bit of meet.

when i go to the gym i drink 3litres of water, about 5 all day and eat very little. simply cause im not hungry.

go over to the health and fitness and they will advice you too.
look at pictures of guys/girls with 6packs and toned bodies etc and tell yourself you want to look like that, dont be depressed thinking oh im fat blah blah......

what you eat is most important. what ever you do, dont drink any soda like coke or fanta etc. if you do your only fighting a battle that you already lost

EDIT: oops sorry, already in health and fitness, thought it was in galway city

What gym is 150e a year?

its The Planet Health & Fitness Club Galway, its at the shopping centre. i got it for €149 at the start of october i think, maybe even september. im a student too but at the time they didnt look for proof.
been at kingfisher renmore too but i think this is better, alot cheaper and closer to home. they only done it up just before i joined. quick video, doesnt really do it justice.

Ah so that's a student rate.

It's 425e a year or (49e direct debit) for full time usage of the gym.
