Am I missing something here or is this an absolute mental price for a PC? It does not even have dual GPU's for that price WTF?

Not that I am thinking of getting one, I do all my own stunts :p I was just looking for some upgrade parts and was browsing.

Lot of expensive parts in that build

    Motherboard: 331
    CPU: 950
    RAM: 450
    SSD: 505
    2x2tb: ~200
    GPU: 912
    Case: 170
    Blu-ray: ~100(?)
    Win7 ultimate: 265

That's €4138 without accounting for any of the watercooling gear, or any profit margins. I highly doubt there's another €2500 in costs of hardware somewhere, but even still it's not bat**** crazy.

Also... SLI when 1 GPU costs 1k? lol

Well thats got a 690 innit.and the best i7 there is. But still yeh, you could definitely make it for about a grand cheaper :P

You would want dual 690's for that price!

    Just the fact that £5,549 = €6,815 alone..ouch.

I'm guessing people who can buy a rig like this off the shelf generally would not give a flying about the cost anyway.
The sad part for me would be losing out on the enjoyment of building it.

Aye, if you are getting a PC with these amazing parts I agree that you are missing out on a lot having this arrive at your door premade...

Actually, considering the cooling system, that could contribute to shipping. At least it bloody better. Don't want some fool throwing around a PC with water cooling inside.
