Made a small very risky investment. Didn't workout and the stock got delisted from the nasdaq.

Assuming the company sorts out all the issues relating to the delisting and submits an application to be listed again, how long does it take from the point of application to become listed?

The only case i can think of where a stock got relisted was SONS and it took a few months. There was a formal investigation into their accounting which got resolved. The main issue for stocks that get delisted is the cost needed to get relisted. Most don't have the means to do it. What is the stock you are referring to? I bet it was KITD.

Yup. Kitd. I should have sold when I was up 20% but I got greedy hoping for a buyout.
