they have about a dozen locations through Northern Ireland, some locations have multiple dealerships in the various complexes (e.g. Dacia, Nissan, Toyota & Renault as well as used car & first time buyer (plus BMW motorcycle) showrooms all within their Mallusk (near Glengormley) Location.

Their main location is probably the Boucher Road (just off the M1 motorway coming into Belfast) a huge area with many dealerships in it.

I have only dealt with the motorcycle dealership and have no complaints about service (possibly slightly more expensive than local smaller dealers but they are the 'main' importers for most of the makes).

Here is a link to the various locations/dealerships they have. http://www.charleshurstgroup.co.uk/contact-us if you click on the 'distance option, set it to 'nationwide' & click 'FIND A DEALER' it will list all their locations

Same difference. Same premises, company and services. I'd expect car buying to be of same std.

They have a pretty terrible reputation up North, and many locals would stay well clear of them. They are also known to be quite expensive.

They are now one of the English car chains can't remember which one. But they are as honest as anyone selling cars and a lot better than most.

Yes, they are now part of the Looker PLC, but nonetheless there are still a load of Horror stories about them.

I only had to deal with them once, and was not overly impressed myself. But nothing major at that time.
