Rent Form?

    Hello all I recieved a letter in the post today asking me to attend a interview at my local social welfare inspectors office on Wednesday 19/12 in regards to my claim. The letter askes me to bring several things but amongst them it asks me to bring (If I'm paying rent, which I am) a "Rent Form completed" Now I'm completely new to renting and have no Idea what this Rent form is, I typed it into citz info and havent been able to figure out what It is im supposed to get, The results range from Rent supplement application forms to Revenue Rent 1 forms.

    I'm completely out of my element here.

    Anybody got any ideas or advise?

    I think they are looking for proof that you are paying rent.
