Mexican Menu - healthy options?

    What would be the healthiest option on this menu?

    Not v familiar with mexican..Thinking tuna for main?

    If I was eating there I'd have the Quinoa , starter/small or as a main the "Chile Relleno"
    but looking at that menu I wouldn't eat there.

    If this is a once off dinner, eat what you want. Adjust calories intake for the day or just not worry about it.
