ainse oil in ireland

    anyone know were i can get ainse oil in ireland, for making sambuca
    tried tesco and local health shops but no good

    p.s is there much different in star ainse and ainse

    Anise, Stare Anise, Liquorice and Fennel would all have similar tastes.
    somewhere like Fallon and Byrne might have what you want or else I'm sure you can get it online.

    I got a big bag of whole star anise in a asian supermarket, it was really cheap compared to supermarkets.

    Yep Asian shops will have star ainse, a bag is around 3 euro, never asked for ainse oil, ask, they might have it.
