Here is the site with all the prescribed material for 2013 and syllabi.
However there are no prescribed material specifically for the 2013 Biology or Chemistry exams. The syllabi don't change in those subjects from year to year. If you mean what the experiments are, then they are on the syllabi (found at the link I provided too!)
