Schapelle Corby, Australian Federal Police corruption and Drug Smuggling

I was watching a documentary about a young Australian lady, Schapelle Corby who in October 2004 was "caught" smuggling 4.5kg of marijuana into Bali from Australia, she was facing execution, but got 20 years, reduced to 15, she is due for release in 2017 with remission.

I fully believe she is innocent, I know they all say they are, but if she was a smuggler she'd probably be the dumbest smuggler on the planet, the main reason is marijuana is 10 times more expensive in Australia than in Indonesia, so it make's no sense, drugs are smuggled out of Indonesia not in.

She was going to Bali to visit her sister, she departed Brisbane to Sydney, where she got her flight to Bali, she checked her bags in Brisbane and didn't see them again until Bali, what I believe happened was corrupt bag handlers in Brisbane put the marijuana into her bag and corrupt bag handlers in Sydney were supposed to retrieve the marijuana, but for some reason didn't, it ended up continuing on to Bali. There are reasons to believe corrupt Australian Federal Police (AFP) were also in on the interstate smuggling operations.

The Australian Govt, The AFP, Australian broadcaster ABC were all complicit in Schapelle Corby's wrongful conviction, the AFP Commissioner said just before Ms Corby's verdict that there was nothing to suggest that staff at Australian airports were using unsuspecting passengers as mules, when there was infact plenty of evidence to suggest otherwise.
Mysteriously on the day of her flight there was no CCTV from Brisbane, Sydney or Bali Airports although it was just a couple of years after 9/11 and the Bali bombing, weight of checked in baggage in Australia was not compared to weight of baggage collected in Bali, which was almost 5kg overweight in Bali yet Quantas never applied the $200 surcharge for overweight baggage.

This young lady is currently rotting in a Bali prison, has attempted suicide, has developed psychosis, she rocks back and forward in her overcrowded cell with a teddybear.

Schapelle Corby's family said she had regressed to a child-like state in Bali's Kerobokan prison.

AFP involved in drug smuggling: ex-detective
The Australian Federal Police have in the past failed to properly investigate allegations of drug trafficking at airports because serving police officers have been involved in the practice, a former senior AFP detective claims.
Ray Cooper, former head of operations for the AFP's internal investigations, told the Nine Network it was well known by the AFP that unwitting passengers were being used as `mules' to shift drugs between Australian domestic airports.
And he said his investigations suggested some state and federal police were in league with the smugglers.

FORMER police officer Mark Standen yesterday joined the worst of those he has locked up in Long Bay - jailed for at least 16 years for his role in a drug importation plot.

Customs Whistleblower ends up in Court
Allan Kessing, 60, was convicted by a Sydney District Court jury last March of leaking two highly confidential Customs reports to The Australian newspaper. The reports contained claims of drug trafficking and other offences by staff at Sydney Airport.

This really is a conspiracy and heart wrenching case of injustice, I didn't want a prove this or that thread, just a thread to spread her plight to whoever bother's to read it, maybe write her a letter as a sign of support and maybe help her a little before she sinks deeper into a no come back state of mind, small gestures do make a difference when your on a downward spiral.

All I said in the OP is there to be looked at and examined, this poor girl is a victim of a govt who would rather sacrifice an innocent person than admit a flawed airport security system and police force, which really is shame on them scumbags, if it were an Oz elite's daughter you can bet your ass that it wouldn't have even made it to court, but she's not!, her dad was caught with a bit of weed years ago and the oz media made a big deal out of it, blaming it on her father after his death, dead men can't sue.

This thread will not make her life or sentence any easier, will not reduce it, but it will make somebody realise that among the UFO's and lizards there are people who are branded criminals by their own nation who really are not and the same so called leaders know this but refuse to let a persons life get in the way of politic's, she's simply expenable like many others.

That's just the way it is, things will never be the same........for her!

10's of 1000's are in the same predicament worldwide, this is just one, but it's one you have a name and residence for if you'd like to try maybe help her a little by some small token and help her make the final hurdle in her ordeal.

Many things sadden and madden me, this is one.
