Advice on toning

    Hi
I am a bit confused and wanted to ask you all for a bit of advice on how to go about toning up without losing any more weight.
I finished breastfeeding my 9 month old and have lost an awful lot of weight, I don't want to lose any more but I still really need to tone up my body. My biggest problem spots are my stomach, thighs/bum and arms.
I have cleaned up my diet a lot but like I said, I don't want to lose any more weight. I am 5'7 and 121 pounds and at my lowest I was only 112!
I wondered if kettlebells would be good for these areas or maybe a toning class?
I already walk briskly pushing a buggy with two children under 3, 3 times a week for 30 minutes and I jog on the treadmill for 30 mins 3 times a week too and all I seem to be doing is losing weight but not toning :((
Any advice would be great, thanks!

I think the obvious answer is to build muscle and eat lots. Kettle bells is perfect for this provided you are doing it under the supervision of a good instructor ( or are at least thought it properly )

I think what you may have become is called skinny fat - which means you've lost the fat but you've also lost the muscle leaving behind pretty much a bag of bones ( Sorry for being so blunt ).
Do weights, eat clean and you should be back to a great beach bod in no time.

    Thanks RobAMerc,
I think a bag of bones is an apt description really :(
I've signed up for a kettlebell class from next week so I really hope the instructor is good.
