See attached and listen closely to the clicking noise the control box is making.

    http://youtu.be/dECu0798YSk

One gate opening on its own I.E without command.

    Any ideas on whats wrong?

Photo cells removed and problem continues.

    Thanks in advance.

Boards down very low .. Have you looked inside ? Water may have gotten in as the relays are clicking on and off

I checked and it seems dry inside, plus the seals all look fine???

Have you powered it down and back up again?

Need to power them down every day as they open and close on there own. So only way to keep them open or closed is to cut the power to them.

Are they breaking the photo cell beam when they close ???

Are they 24v or 230 v ? Could be the force adjustment or limits . Try reprogram the board .

Thunderbird, thanks for your help and suggestions.

I removed the external keypad circuit cable and this resolved the problem.

I think the cable from the key pad to the board must have been faulty.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

Could be that the keypad is faulty more so then the cable .
