Hi all i am writing this for a friend of mine! He was stealing petrol from petrol stations and got cough by the Garda he done good few petrol stations and he is going to court for it! To make things worst he had fake reg plate on the car! What should he expect? Never done crime before its his first time! The chap started talking weird even thinking of suiside!!! His girlfriend left him they were together for ages and her family hate him too for that. I have to say the chap really regrets doing it and wants a second chance i feel sorry for him. So what will happen to him in court he got a good solicitor

Your 'friend' should ask the solicitor what will happen in court, not people on the internet.

Ask him? It would appear (although I could be wrong) from your apparent panic that it's actually YOU in trouble and not your friend. If it is you, speak to a solicitor. If it's genuinely a friend, speak to him, his solicitor should have advised him on this by now.

You know what would ease that painful remorse you feel? Start paying back as much money as you can to the petrol stations you took the fuel off. You'll have a blissfully clear conscience.

His solicitor should have at least a basic idea if he has worked in cases involving theft and false reg plates before.

Look, seriously, get a solicitor, because it's pretty obvious this is about you and you either don't have a solicitor, or have a crap one.
