Claiming back Tax while working??

    I am looking to claim Tax back before Christmas.I have been working full time for the last year and I am now working part time(16 hours).I am wondering can I claim for Taxback?

    Did you get a certificate of tax credits at the start of the year?

    If you are working reduced hours with the same employer your tax should have adjusted it self.

    Are you on emergency tax?

    If you changed jobs did you hand in your P45?

    Sorry about the questions but its not clear from your post what your situation is.
