    Hi all,

    Im jambo. Im 23. When I was young I was big for my age, But then I stopped growing in height and size.. I weigh about 10st maybe 10and a half. About 5 9.. 5 10.
    My eat, sleep, and social patterns are so messed up. I work nights and weekends, I find myself always tired, and never wanting to do anything when I wake.

    Ive decieded to try again to put some weight on, so can tone up, Im skin and bone at the min. Any good ideas or help would be great. On diet plans(so fussy eater) and workouts.

    You need to tell us what your current diet is like, and when and how much time you have to exercise.
